Client: State of Michigan | Location: Lansing, MI 48933 (Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week) | Contract: 12 months (with possibility to extend)

Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of general BA experience. Facilitation of requirements elicitation meetings; experience with gap fit analysis and requirements refinement.

• Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation
• Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management
• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of statement of work and/or work agreements
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use
• Minimum of 1 year conducting analytics on program effectiveness
